Hack #1: Be Ultra Clear On Goal

The first thing that you should have in mind is a clear picture of what you really want.

If someone would ask you; what is your goal, you should immediately answer without thinking. That’s one way to show that you’re crystal clear about the outcome that you’re after.

Another thing that you could do is use numbers on you goal-statements.

For example, instead of saying that I want to write blog posts, say something like: I will write 2 blog posts every single week, one every Wednesday, and the other every Sunday.

And to take things further, put this statement somewhere you can see it every single day without any obstacles just as a reminder to get to work, and lessen the mental friction. It’s incredibly helpful.

Hack #2: Unplug to social media

Social media is huge waste of time. There’s no doubt about it.

We spend in average 3 hours every single day scrolling down our feeds, jumping from one platform to the other without realizing anything worthwile.

Not only that, we wire our brain to not focus, and be distracted.

The solution is to do small social media detox. You don’t have to do it for 30 days. Only start with 3 days, and you’ll sense the benefits. They are huge.

It’s going to be hard at first, you’ll be attempted to use your phone, just get it away from your eye sight, you’ll find yourself using it lesser and lesser as days go by.

Hack #3: Prime your environment for success

Your environment plays a major role to be focused, and get stuff done. But a lot of people underestimate that.

We try to achieve stuff, but we hangout with hopeless, and distracted friends. We want to be focused, but we work in a noisy place. We want to be disciplined, but our habits are completely screwed up.

In order to save time, and get things done a lot faster, make sure that your environment is completely optimized for that.

Get out all the things that are stealing your focus without question, and you’ll see great things start happening.
