Why Resolutions Don’t work
What I observed, there are 3 reasons why resolutions don’t work :
- Lack of knowledge : And what I mean by knowledge is knowledge of thyself, and knowledge of what need to be done to actually hit your goals, and your aims.
- Lack of skills : A lot of people set irrealistic goals, and they think that they can actually achieve them with their actual skills.
- Absense of systems : What I mean by that is the habit that you need to incorporate to get to your desired goals.
Forget resolutions, and willpower and do this : Build tiny habits, and stick with them over a long period of time.
The reasons why that it works, is because you are starting small, and there is effortless kind of energy to prompt yourself to take action, there is no motivation involved.
Before I started writing like this, I had to go through a long process, for a long period of time by build the habit of writing first, before this became effortless for me.
